About the event
TARGET AUDIENCE
Tribal transportation directors, project managers, public works inspectors, and BIA 638 program staff who review plans or oversee cost estimation.
FORMAT
Lecture plus hands-on exercises using real TTP project plan sets. Participants produce a complete ICE by end of Day 2.
PREREQUISITES
No engineering license required. Basic math. Bring a calculator. Field construction experience helpful but not required.
